One dinner. The whole family.

Avo plans one dinner a day and shows how to serve it to each child by age, from a 6-month-old baby to the adults. It also tracks foods tried and allergens, and builds the grocery list.

Dinner, without the puzzle

  • Today

Three meals for one dinner: a purée for the baby, something else for the toddler, then the adults’ meal.

    With Avo

One meal for everyone, with how to serve it at each age.

  • Today

New foods and allergens kept in your head, or on a sheet stuck to the fridge.

    With Avo

One tap to log a food: the tracker and the report for the pediatrician fill themselves in.

  • Today

Planning the week on Sunday night, then copying the grocery list out by hand.

    With Avo

The week planned in a few minutes, and a list sorted by aisle that the whole family can check off.

What Avo does

Frequent questions

When will Avo be available, and where?

Soon, on iPhone and on Android, in Québec first, then in France. Leave your email above: we will write to you once, on launch day.

How much does it cost?

The first version of Avo is free. If a paid plan ever comes, safety information (choking, allergens, how to serve) will stay free.

Does Avo replace my doctor or my dietitian?

No. Avo gives general information and helps you get organised. It makes no diagnosis and never says whether a reaction is serious or not: for that, see a health professional.

My child has an allergy. How does the plan take it into account?

A recipe that contains one of your family’s allergens is never planned. And when someone in the family has an allergy, Avo only plans recipes whose allergens a dietitian has verified: until then the day stays empty rather than being filled by guesswork.

What happens to my family’s data?

It is used to make the app work, and for nothing else. Nothing is sold, there is no advertising tracker, and you can get a copy or delete everything from the app. The details are in the privacy policy.
